Client Satisfaction Survey 2017
Following our first year in business, we asked all of our clients to complete a satisfaction survey based on the experience they have had with Blackthorn Homes to date.
The majority of our clients are property and land owners, so we asked them: "Why did you choose to proceed with Blackthorn Homes?"
Almost 70% of respondents said they were impressed with our professionalism, whilst others suggested the main reason to proceed with us was that we were a local business.
When asked to rate their satisfaction on a number of services received, all 100% of respondents said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of service provided, professionalism and courtesy of staff, knowledge and experience of staff.
Interestingly, the majority of our clients when asked about communication, preferred to deal with us in person, rather than by telephone, email or website.
Finally, and perhaps most importantly, 100% of respondents said they would be happy to act as a reference, which is fantastic to hear and means we're doing the right things.
All feedback is valuable to us and will be considered as part of our ongoing activities to improve our services.
