Sevenoaks District Council: Developers Forum

Sevenoaks District Council is currently consulting on a Draft Local Plan, which outlines policies and proposed development sites across the District and they are asking landowners, developers and agents to provide their views on these. The Draft Local Plan consultation document sets out their strategy for addressing needs in the District.

The consultation document is available for inspection on the Council’s website via www.sevenoaks.gov.uk/draftlocalplan

We attended the developers forum on 30 August 2018, which provided an opportunity for agents, developers, landowners, planning consultants, surveyors and architects working in Sevenoaks District to discuss the Draft Local Plan document and give feedback on the strategy.
